Digital Media Artists are the main benefactors of our consulting business.  This includes everything from illustrators, 3D artists, compositors, colorists, effects animators, matchmovers, CG lighting supervisors, and literally 1000s of other jobs where digital media arts skillsets are required.  Whether a brand new candidate or a seasoned veteran looking to make a lateral move into a new market sector, Imagination Exchange can provide the proper guidance to get anyone where they need to go in the most clear, time-efficient, and cost-effective way possible.

Educators include anyone who teaches in regards to Digital Media Arts.  This includes everyone from K-12, High Schools, Colleges, Specialty Colleges, to Authorized Training Centers and Online Training Providers.  We provide them with Career Kits for both students and teachers, and in some cases curriculum.  In return they provide clearer, more concise, and more relevant training.  High tides make all ships rise.

Industry Leaders are the companies and individuals that are at the forefront of their industry.  These include visual effects houses, animation companies, game developers, architectural pre-visualization firms, post-production facilities, etc.  Their needs are constantly changing and growing in terms of workforce, and our partnerships with them allow us to stay at the cusp of where each industry is headed.  They benefit from the partnership as well, since we are helping to build a solid pool of professionals that not only have a better foundation, but also know how to learn and can adapt quickly to the fast-paced and ever-growing landscape.

Technology Providers are companies that create the hardware and software tools that artists use in their daily work to achieve the artistic wizardry we see at the movies, on our TV, Mobile devices and so on.  They often work closely with Industry Leaders to fill new production needs and find ways to speed up an artist’s workflow.  They also often create training materials, because a happy customer is one who knows how to use their product. Of course, Imagination Exchange is software agnostic, and strive to partner with ALL companies that provide the tools.  Our goal is to recommend the best tools for the needs of our members, based on the industries that most interest them.  We greatly value our partnerships with these companies, and they value us, so oftentimes we can offer our members a great discount through group buys and special promotions through our growing partnerships.

What does Imagination Exchange™ do?

Wouldn’t it be great if you had access to top industry professionals who can assess your goals and needs and give relevant career advice almost instantly?  What about someone who can advise you on the software tools you want to learn, who isn’t trying to sell you that product, yet will still make recommendations and assist you every step of the way through the buying and learning process?  After all of that wouldn’t it be nice if that same person who understands exactly what you want to do could refer you to the best in the business to help you get the right tools, help you get set up and then train you [or maybe your whole staff] on how to use those tools?

Since we are seasoned professionals with many years experience in the industry, we know what it takes to succeed.  We also understand that this industry is a very expensive one in which to work.  It is expensive not only financially, but even more in valuable time.  Time spent learning, time spent recruiting, and time spent gaining experience, so it better be time well spent.  That is why we want to make sure that you know exactly what you are getting yourself into right from the start and that the choices you make will be the best ones for your situation and help you to make more money and even more important, save time.

Imagination Exchange accomplishes this by serving as the communications conduit between the four key components of the Digital Media Arts industry – Industry Leaders, Technology Providers, Educators, and of course, Digital Artists.
